delighted magazine. holiday home finds

The holidays can be really stressful; picking out the perfect present, budgeting your money so you don’t max out those credit cards on loved ones, not eating so much you gain 10 pounds before the new years, etc. But with all that stress also comes the fun stuff, and my favorite part of the holiday season is, of course, the decorations. So when Delighted Magazine- an awesome home and lifestyle online magazine that you can check out here- asked me to pick out some of my favorite home finds for this holiday season, I honestly couldn’t wait.

One of the most important factors I wanted to stick with when choosing some festive décor was to really only pick items that could translate year round as well. Sure I threw a couple of obvious holiday pieces in there, like the sitting reindeer from Furbish Studio, but for the most part I wanted pieces that anyone would be happy to display well after tree or menorah came down.

As you can see above and in Delighted on page 15, I stuck with a classic silver and gold theme and gave it a bit of a rustic twist. My favorite pick, that I actually even have on my holiday list (hint hint, cough cough you know who) are the mirror jewel coasters from FabParlor on Etsy, I love how they have that classic shiny trait to make your holiday table sparkle, yet they can also be put on your picnic table in the summer.

Favorite pick aside, I’m actually really happy with all the pieces Amanda decided to display in the pages of Delighted. Find links for all those pieces in Delighted and for even more awesome silver & gold holiday home finds check out the links below. Happy holidays!
